I'm not going to regurgitate statistics. Sales are down, inventory is up. If you're looking for a "smokin' deal", they are all over town. People that bought Sedona property 15 years ago are lovin' it. If you bought 10 years ago, you're lovin' it. 5 years ago? No problem, you're still lookin' good. Last year?
